Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to discover and shop outfits on Wholefit. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labeled controls for screen readers.
- Controls can be reached and used with a keyboard, with visible focus.
- Body text meets AA color contrast.
- Pages can be zoomed to 200%, and respect your browser's reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
- Product photos come from the brands. We describe each piece by its name, brand and color, but brand photos don't carry detailed descriptions of fit or fabric.
- Text sizes are set in pixels, so your browser's default text size doesn't change them (zooming does), and the hint text in some search and email fields is lighter than AA contrast.
- Checkout happens on brands' own websites, whose accessibility we don't control.
Feedback
If something on Wholefit is hard to use, email hello@getwholefit.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to fix barriers promptly.
