Wholefit is free to use. Affiliate links are how we can earn money: when you buy from a store after clicking a link on Wholefit, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price as you would going to the store directly.

Right now no store or brand pays us a commission: every link goes straight to the site of the store that sells the piece, with no affiliate network in between.

How it works

• “Buy” and “View product” links go through Wholefit and on to the store. Once we join an affiliate network (such as Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Impact, Skimlinks or Sovrn), some links will go through it.
• The network or store may set a cookie so the sale can be credited to Wholefit.
• We pass a random click id so a commission can be matched to a look, never your name or email.

Commissions don't pick the looks

Outfits are built by our algorithm from pieces that go well together. They're ranked, roughly most important first, on your taste (your likes, answers and what you've viewed), how well the outfit works (a panel of AI models' rating, predicted for looks it hasn't rated), how popular a look is with other visitors, its price against your budget (new visitors see everyday prices first), whether it suits the season, whether its pieces are in stock in your size, how new it is, and whether you've seen it already. The feed also spreads its looks across styles, occasions and brands, keeps a few places for looks a little outside what it knows of you, and while we test a change to the ranking it mixes looks from the current and the new version on one page. Whether a store or brand pays a commission, or how much, is not a ranking factor, and none pays to be shown or ranked higher.

In search, results that match all your words and filters come first, then close matches. Looks are ordered by how well they match your words and by their predicted rating, women's and men's looks taking turns until you pick a side; without words, a little chance is mixed in and looks built on the same piece are spread apart. Sorting by price orders by price alone. Commissions play no part here either.
