Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Wholefit, operated by Ivan Kachur. By using Wholefit you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wholefit.

What Wholefit is

Wholefit is a discovery service. We show outfits assembled by our algorithm from products listed by independent brands, and link you to those brands to buy. Wholefit is not a store. We don't sell, ship or take payment for anything, and we're not a party to your purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wholefit, and at least 18 (or have a parent's permission) to buy from a brand.

Your account

You can use Wholefit without an account. If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that misuse Wholefit.

Products, prices and stock

Product names, photos, prices, sizes and availability come from the brands and are refreshed daily, so they can be out of date or wrong. The price and availability on the brand's site at checkout are what count. The same goes for each brand's shipping and returns terms, which we read from its own policy pages and checkout and show on looks and pass to search engines; the brand's terms at checkout are what apply. Outfit suggestions, “why it works” notes and size matching are generated automatically and are suggestions, not professional advice.

Purchases from brands

When you click “Buy” or “View product” you leave Wholefit. Your order, payment, shipping, returns, warranties and customer service are handled by the brand under its own terms and privacy policy. Contact the brand about any problem with an order. Wholefit may earn a commission on purchases (see the Affiliate Disclosure).

Acceptable use

Don't:

• scrape, copy or resell Wholefit's content or data in bulk, or access it with automated means except search engine crawlers;
• interfere with Wholefit's security or operation, or overload it;
• misuse links, click ids or affiliate tracking, or generate fake clicks or events;
• use Wholefit for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Wholefit's design, code, outfit compositions and text belong to Ivan Kachur. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are shown to identify and link to their products. Wholefit is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands (see Brands & Copyright).

Disclaimers

Wholefit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that Wholefit is accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for brands' products, sites or conduct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivan Kachur won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from purchases made from brands. Our total liability for any claim relating to Wholefit is limited to $50. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ivan Kachur against claims arising from your misuse of Wholefit or breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date below and, for material changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect. Continuing to use Wholefit after that means you accept the new terms.
